About Ignite Energy

Ignite Energy, based out of Dallas, Texas, offers opportunities for individuals to profit from the deregulated energy industry in the United States. Currently serving customers in Texas, Georgia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, the deregulated energy system allows people to choose their energy provider for the first time in history. Working as Ignite Energy Independent Associates, individuals benefit from a system of information to guide them toward personal success. Upon becoming Ignite Energy Independent Associates, individuals gain access to company provided training and resources. In addition to obtaining a Power Pack training kit, Ignite Energy Independent Associates receive live training, event invitations, home office support, and an online business management tool. With three compensation categories including immediate, leadership and residual income, Ignite Energy provides several ways for its Independent Associates to share in the wealth of the deregulated energy industry.

Since its founding in 2005, Ignite Energy's parent company Stream Energy has built an impressive amount of revenue for a new company. Acquiring $70 million of revenue after its first year, Stream Energy accumulated over half a billion dollars after its third year of existence. In 2010, the revenue of Stream Energy was over $845 million.

While growing the company and the number of Independent Associates are two main focuses of Ignite Energy, they are also heavily involved in the north Texas charity Captain Hope's Kids. Under its ongoing program A Big Difference Starts Small, Ignite Energy has dedicated time and resources to helping the homeless via Captain Hope's Kids. Through such ventures as financial donations, toy drives, and a record setting diaper collection, Ignite Energy has forged a genuine relationship with the charity and even has one of its own senior level managers on the Captain Hope's Kids Board of Directors. Paul Thies, the Senior Director of Communications for Ignite Energy's parent company Stream Energy, joined Captain Hope's Kids Board of Directors in March 2011.
